Description/History:

The Board changed the Exit Exam qualification so graduates only have to pass three certain subjects, unless they have a disability in one of those three, then they can pass a different subject, as long as they pass the other two plus one. The catch is it only applies to 2008 grads and up. 2007 grads and down is out of luck.

We the undersigned call on the Alabama Legislature to change the retroactive rule in the High School Exit Exam to include past High School Graduates so all who have meet the requirements may require a diploma.
